Each piece of jewellery is lovingly hand-crafted to order by Tilly Cope, due to this there may be some variations in finish to those pictured online and your item may take up to three weeks to dispatch once your order has been placed. If we do happen to have the piece you've ordered in stock, it will be shipped to you the same, or following day.
UK POSTAGE
All items will be posted Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard, this includes online tracking and will need to be signed for. Postage and packaging is paid for at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship all international orders with International Tracked service, with tracking and insurance. Aims to deliver in 5-7 working days, but can take longer.
Please note that there is a chance that international orders may be delayed by customs or the postal service in the recipient's country. Unfortunately we cannot predict or be held responsible for these delays, or for any customs fees that your country may charge. This is a rare occurrence, but still worth being aware of.
In the unlikely event that an item goes missing in the post, we can claim insurance once 30 days have elapsed, at which point we will send a replacement item.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you have are any problems with your purchase, please do get in touch. We go to every effort to make our products the best they can be, in the unlikely event that your piece of jewellery breaks due to poor workmanship the piece will be repaired for FREE (P+P costs excluded*). Anything beyond fair wear and tear can be repaired for a small fee agreed mutually.*We are not responsible for loss or damage and recommend sending it 'gauranteed'.
If you’re unhappy with your product it can be exchanged (P+P costs excluded*) within 14 days of purchase in its original, unworn condition. However, refunds will only be given if the piece is faulty.
