I am a studio jeweller based in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, England.
My fascinations lie with the connections we make with each other and with objects, especially those that we wear or carry with us. I love to make pieces that become deeply personal to the wearer, that change over time and carry visible signs of the growth of meaning with wear. Spirituality and ritual; sentimentality and the meaning we place on things in order to make some sort of sense of our existence are all themes that I consistently return to in my explorations. I am drawn to the beauty of ancient Britain, it's folklore, landscape and the imperfection inherent in hand-crafted objects. I work hard to maintain high quality so that your jewellery will last a lifetime and also to make my practice as a whole both ethical and sustainable in alignment with my beliefs and values.
